spectator's selected card! The magician removes the deck of
playing cards from their case and then places the case aside for a
moment. The cards are shuffled and one is selected by a spectator.
The magician says that he will discover the name of the selected
card using his new sub-miniature X-Ray lab gesturing towards the
card case. The selected card is shown to the audience once again,
with the performing looking away, and then placed face down on top
of the card case. The performer says that all he has to do in order to
turn the X-Ray machine on is to press the box, and in ten seconds
he will have an X-Ray of the card. The performer presses the box
and waits ten seconds. When the selected card is removed from
the card box the face of the card is now totally blank! The performer
says that the X-Rays have taken its face. Now the card box is
handed to the spectator, and when they open it up, an X-Ray with
their selected card printed on it is found inside! The card box and
blank face card can be totally examined.
