The Ultimate Folding Half is a unique coin in many respects. It
looks exactly as a normal half dollar should with a milled edge in
tact, and yet it still folds into thirds along a profile cut.
Upon close examination of the coin you will discover that it
consists of a three section shell which fits over and is attached to a
specially machined folding half. The shell pieces cover the groove
of the coin and the inner elastic.
If the rubber band should break, simply pop the shell section off by
inserting a thin edged blade. Replace the band on the inner coin
by positioning it into the groove of each piece and reassembling.
Carefully replace each shell section over the assembly, attaching
same with a tiny drop of super glue or a small strip of double stick
carpet tape. The adhesives are placed at the center top surface of
each inner piece.
