A packet of five playing cards are fanned out. It is seen to consist of
four Aces of Spades and one Four of Hearts which is in the middle.
The Four of Hearts is removed from the packet and the Aces are
turned over so they are face down. Now the Four is placed back into
the middle of the packet so it is reversed from the Aces. The cards
are squared and the top Ace is shown and placed onto the table. A
magical gesture is made, and when the packet is spread out, it is
shown to contain the four Aces! The card on the table is turned over
and proves to be the Four of Hearts! A simple but very effective
transposition that requires no sleights to perform.
