The Matching Game (Jerry Somerdin)......$6.00

After some funny patter and by-play with a spectator, the performer
asks the spectator to play a game.  The game uses five playing
cards and five matchbooks.  The matchbooks have covers matching
the backs of the playing cards.

The face down cards and matchbooks are mixed by the spectator.
The cards and matchbooks are now fairly eliminated one by one, by
means of a game of chance played by the performer and the
spectator.

At the end of the game, one card and one matchbook remain.  The
remaining card is turned face up and the remaining book of matches
is opened.  On the inside cover of the book of matches is a picture
of the remaining card!  The spectator rushes to examine the
remaining cards and matchbooks, and finds to their amazement, the
cards and matchbooks are all different.

To add to the mystery, the envelope from which the cards were
removed at the start, is turned over.  On it is printed the words that
describe the final card that has remained!
