If you ever wondered what you can do with spring bills just look below

1. Inflate a rubber balloon. Tie the neck of the balloon to the strings.
Hold the folded bills in the right hand, the balloon hiding the bills. The
left hand holds a pin. The hands come together pin breaking balloon,
the bills expand.

the right hand pulls the nylon loop, tearing the tissue band. Produce
the bills from the jumbo bill.
