An unprepared sheet of newspaper is shown freely on both sides and
placed over the magician's empty right hand. Punching a small hole in
the paper with his left hand the magician reaches in and pulls a silk
handkerchief half way out of the paper. He makes another hole and
produces yet another handkerchief. Altogether, three silks are produced.
After the silks are removed from the paper, the newspaper can be shown
freely, then crumbled up and tossed aside. The silks can be used with
the magician's next routine.

own silks.
