This is in the style of the well-known Three Card Monte, in which
the spectators are invited to keep their eyes on one particular
card, but somehow always seem to lose track of it. The Kitson
Miracle is based on a version of the three card trick performed by
English street magicians for many years. One or two extra moves
have been added, plus a climax, in which the card they have been
watching completely vanishes! This trick has been made up with
Bee Cards, being the most deceptive as far as the backs are
concerned. This enables the performer to flick the backs up for a
quick glimpse by the spectators, without detection of the gimmick.
