when performing the Mike Bornstein's effect, "The Rising Dollar Bill".
The Rising Dollar Bill was described by Bornstein in the June 1978
issue of MUM magazine.
The effect is as follows: Two one dollar bills are used. One is laid flat
on the palm of the left hand. The other one is held with the fingers of
the right hand and waved over the one on the left hand as a magic
wand. The dollar bill on the left hand rises.
