A spectator chooses and memorizes a playing card from a packet of
thirteen cards with holes in the center. The chosen card is returned
back to the packet, which is then shuffled by the spectator. The
packet is sandwiched between two plastic plates which have two
small holes. Then a rope is threaded through the holes and the
spectator is asked to hold both ends of the rope. In this state, the
chosen card penetrates the rope, without any damage, and is
removed from the packet, which is handed over to the spectator for
examination.
You receive the cards, plates, rope, and instructions. You must
supply your own opaque silk or pocket handkerchief.
