Devil Dollar - Vintage E-Z Magic (NOS)
A borrowed bill is marked and placed into a window
envelope so the bill is visible at all times. The envelope
is sealed and then set on fire. After the envelope and
the spectator's bill are totally consumed in the flames
the magician reaches into his pocket and removes
another sealed envelope.
The spectator is asked to open the envelope and inside
is found their restored bill with their mark still intact.
Even though this routine is an old-timer, with the proper
presentation, it would still make for an effective trick
today. And as with most of the E-Z Magic line of effects
a lot of practice is not required to learn the routine.
